Kirti Seeds Biotech Ltd., was incorporated on4th January 1982 by the name of Kirti Farms Pvt. Ltd. In the state of Madhya Pradesh with its Head Office at Raipur. However, the erstwhile management did not do the business in a significant way and as such the past track of the company is negligible. The company owns 23.09 acres of land and full fledged operations started from June 1994 by taking approx 4.05 acres of land on lease by the new set of management. It started growing cotton, soyabeen and vegetables such as Brinjal, Bhindi(ladyfinger) and Chillies and also started producing vegetable seeds. It was subsequently converted to a public limited company and the name was changed to Kirti Seeds Biotech Limited vide a Special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 28th January,1995. It obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on 10.02.95. Till date, the promoters have had excellent relations with the labour and there have been no situations of labour unrest
